Prescription Refills

Due to changes with insurance prescription refill policies, Family Medical Center can no longer accept perscription refills online. Patients must now contact their Pharmacy to have a prescription refilled.
Many pharmacies have their own web forms for requesting refills and we suggest contacting yours for more information.
